Furries represent a psychological defect where they wish to be an animal ‘fursona’ of themselves. This is an impossible to achieve feat and so it seems like they want to pretend that they really are thier fursonas. On the whole I don’t really care, but it seems rather pathetic and sad to me that someone would dislike who they are so much that they would prefer to instead engage in a fantasy where they are a half-wolf and pretend as though that’s the reality of the situation. Not to mention the strange obsessions with zoophilia that permeates every online furry community I’ve ever seen.
